Making A Hand-Tied Bouquet

Making A Hand-Tied Bouquet

Wedding Roses and spray roses used as hand-tied bouquets are so elegant and easy if you want to "DIY" do it yourself. Here are the easy steps to create this look with your wedding roses and spray roses from www.freshrosepetals.com.

1. Clean foliage and remove the thorns after the stems have been fully hydrated in clean water.
2. Cut the stems down to length desired (approximately 12 inches).
3. Lay the roses side by side on a flat surface.
4. Hold three stems in one hand about 4 inches from the flower (this is the start of your bouquet).
5. Pick up the remaining roses one by one with the other hand and add to your bouquet.
6. Once the bouquet is formed, keep a firm hold of the bouquet in one hand and using the other hand cut the stems to even out the bottom of the bouquet.
7. Secure the flower stems using a large rubber band. To secure the bouquet really well, it is helpful to stretch the band up and down the length of the stems.
8. Add ribbon, fabric or raffia to decorate as desired. In our sample photo above, we have added wedding tulle to lavender and pale pink spray roses and it looks great! They are super easy wedding flowers too!

See, you really can make a hand-tied bouquet yourself. It is easy with wedding flowers from Fresh Petal. You can't go wrong when you have plenty of beautiful fresh flowers in front of you. Have fun, enjoy the process, and the flower's sweet fragrance will help you remember your experience forever.

Excited about getting on line reviews for fresh rose petals

Read all of our Wedding Flowers Reviews at Weddings, Wedding Cakes, Wedding Planning, Wedding Checklists, Free Wedding Websites, Wedding Dresses, Wedding Ideas & more

Fresh Petal is wedding wire rated for 2011. I am so excited to share this news and share a link to some of our newest on line reviews. By clicking on the blue badge above, you will be taken directly to our storefront on Wedding Wire. By clicking on the reviews link below our rating badge, you will be able to read our reviews. Wedding Wire is an online forum for people who are planning their wedding and vendors who are committed to the wedding industry.  Fresh Petal is on it!  We currently have 11 reviews about our fresh rose petals and we are going to work really hard to get more and more reviews. I tried to put up a QR code that links to these reviews but it didn't work out so well, I guess I'll save that one for later.  One step at a time, I always try to do too much at once.

This week I am working on adding our Fresh Petal business name and profile to many local on line listings.  Wow, there are so many places to connect with businesses these days, it is absolutely amazing to me.  I am hoping this process will help local brides find us!  We want more people to learn that anyone can purchase locally grown flowers direct from our family flower farm in Watsonville, California.

Rose petals are our specialty and you can read our customers sharing their experience about working with Fresh Petal for the rose petals that they used in their wedding.  Thanks to all of those that have taken the time to write a review about our fresh rose petals and wedding flowers!

freshrosepetals.com is going on blogger.com!

Today, I decided that it is important for me to begin blogging and decided that I would investigate blogger.com. I just clicked on the link from my account in google and wow! I already set up a blog back in 2007. Of course, there is work to be done because I would like to have a more professional appearance on this blog etc. I will be learning how to do this and if anyone has any comments or suggestions on how to do it, please contact me at info@freshrosepetals.com - I look forward to hearing from anyone who might have read this post and might have some suggestions to move it forward.

My plan for now is to start sharing stories about how our rose petals have affected the lives of our customers. I am hoping that I can bring a little happiness to the world by sharing these stories. The stories of our customers have continually entertained me and I look forward to sharing them with you. I will also share ideas on how you might use fresh rose petals at your next special event and the joys of working with fresh flowers.

Flowers can enhance your life, lift spirits, bring a smile to a face, and strengthen friendships. What a powerful and wonderful thing that nature provides to us in the form of fresh flowers every day. Let's not forget to pick up some fresh flowers and enjoy the benefits that they can bring to our lives. Our flowers are locally grown California Flowers.
